Find out more

Raccoons

Raccoons may appear cute, but they can be aggressive and territorial, particularly when they are with their young. They are also known carriers of diseases such as Raccoon Roundworm.

Ferral Cats

Feral cats can multiply rapidly and cause chaos in your crawl space by damaging ductwork and dislodging vents.

Skunks

It's well-known that skunks have a less than pleasant odor. They often enter homes through spaces under the HVAC unit, which can spread their distinctive scent throughout the residence. Additionally, skunks are considered the primary carriers of rabies in our region.

Opossums

Opossums, being scavengers, contribute to cleaning up the remains of other dead animals found on roadsides or in nature. However, it's interesting to note that they often carry leftovers back to their dens. Unfortunately, they have a tendency to make their dens beneath houses.

Groundhogs

Groundhogs, being natural burrowers, have a particular affinity for tunneling under sidewalks and concrete slabs. This behavior can lead to a structural nightmare, often resulting in cracked and broken concrete.

Bats

Bat guano is hazardous to human health. While it serves as an excellent fertilizer, the accumulation of bat droppings indoors can foster bacterial growth. As it decomposes, guano emits pathogens into the air. Although bats are often carriers of rabies, this is not the most concerning issue. Moreover, guano can accumulate rapidly.

Squirrels

Have you ever pondered where squirrels hide the food they gather for winter? Your attic might be their storage! They're infamous for gnawing on wires, using the insulation as nesting material, which poses a fire hazard in your attic.

Moles/Voles

Moles and voles have the potential to ruin the beautiful lawn that you've meticulously maintained.

Rodents

Mice and rats are among the most rapidly reproducing rodents, and they not only consume food from your pantry but also their urine and feces can be laden with bacteria and diseases.

Snakes

Snakes are often misunderstood; whether venomous or not, they can effortlessly make their way into your home.

Birds

Birds, particularly pigeons, are responsible for causing millions of dollars in damage annually and are also carriers of histoplasmosis.

Armadillos

Armadillos have become an invasive species in our region and are vectors for numerous diseases.
